To the Congress and
President of the United States:

The war in Iraq is a failure.

Already, more than 3,000 Americans and countless Iraqis have lost their lives.  With the bloodshed entering its fourth year, some in the United States are actually calling for an increase in the number of troops deployed in Iraq.

From where will these troops come?  For how long can we delay the inevitable?  Our armed forces are stretched far too thin across the globe.  One member of Congress has already submitted a bill to bring back the Draft. Far too many people have already lost their lives. Why would we want more to follow?

As our leaders, you have the responsibility to do what is best for the country - and for those who would be called to defend it.  

Please do the right thing. Say No Iraq Draft.
